Speaking to myself in English

I started to speak to myself in English at my home yesterday. The reason why I left my twitter is because I wanted to spend my time to practicing English. To be honeset, this practice is not easy,and it is  annoying me. I feel I becameIt makes me feel like I am  a kids or a person who is stuttering. First, what I want to say comes up in my mind in Japanse and I try to translate into English. It is impossible to think in English from the start.Anyway, if somebody would come came to my home, they would might think I 'm could be crazy.
